Shell gas stations in Canada ran a promotion where they had 8 exclusive Super Powers figures released on smaller cards and they would sell them with a fillup of gasoline.

This sign is approximately 4 feet wide by 6 feet tall.  The frame around it was added due to the brittle nature of the plastic after 30+ years.
