The Chinese bootlegs are usually blow molded plastic, around 10-12 inches tall, and either came in a bag with a cardboard header card and sometimes on a cardback.  These likely wouldn’t even be considered bootlegs if it weren’t for the Super Powers logo and text, which make them indicate the creators of these bootlegs wanted people to associate them with the Kenner Super Powers line.  They don’t resemble the Super Powers figures at all, just the characters themselves.
